OpenAI Announces Profitability Reorganization Plan, May Face Legal Challenges
Recently, OpenAI officially announced the highly anticipated profitability reorganization plan. This plan marks a significant shift as OpenAI changes its long-standing structure controlled by a nonprofit organization. Under the new scheme, OpenAI's for-profit subsidiary OpenAI Global, LLC will re-register as a Public Benefit Corporation in Delaware.
